SPOTTED HORSE MINISTRIES

God continues to stretch us and move us towards new goals.  We see Him adding Equine Assisted Therapy to our list of services to offer.  Renetta has already been working with several children with special needs, both emotional and psychological, as well as physical disabilities.  Keep us in prayer as we walk down this new path God has set us on.

As God stretches our schedule and we are traveling more and more, it became very apparant that we needed another horse trailer. Ray, Renetta, and sometimes Rodney are making 2 or 3 trips, that take 2 to 3 hours roundtrip, in order to haul enough horses to meet the needs of the task God has sent us to complete.  God has provided!  We now have a large 5 horse, gooseneck trailer with lots of room for storage.  And this spring we purchased another 3 horse bumper pull trailer.  We can now haul 8 horses when we need them!  That also gives us room to haul our carts.  God is good!

It has become all too apparent that we desperately need horse trailer with a living quarters.  We are praying and asking God for either the funds to purchase such a trailer or the donation of such a trailer.  

We need a 4 horse slant load, gooseneck trailer, with a fairly large living quarters.  Ray and I, Renetta, went shopping and found the perfect trailer.  But God has told us not to go into debt to purchase such a trailer as we need.  

With all of this in mind, we are asking for your help.  May it be a donation of any size, a suggestion for a fund raiser that will help raise the funds needed to buy the trailer, or to simply join us in prayer for clarity on what God wants us to do, your help and support are needed.

 We always need horse care related items, such as grooming brushes and totes, fly spray, spray bottles themselves, first aide items both human and equine, ATSM approved riding helmets in all sizes, large orange traffic cones, tarps, halters, lead ropes, and such.  

We also need paper products such as paper plates, cups, napkins, drink mixes, bottled water, snacks, printer paper, ink for HP printer (#61), notebooks, folders, and any office and snack serving supplies.  

And never forget good old human elbow grease! There are several projects around the ranch that we could use people to help with.  We will soon be setting aside a work day to help get ready for Bible School.  Anyone interested in showing up to help, please contact Renetta for details.  We will have a bonfire and hot dog roast at the end of the day.
